Reduced rates are available for those who need financial assistance to make counselling more accessible to them and can be determined before we start working together.
Insurance Coverage
Please check with your insurance provider to see if sessions will be covered through your plan, in some cases Clinical Counsellors are required to receive full coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Exceptions to these charges can be made for unavoidable emergencies in which cancelling may not have been possible.
